3-CCD - Video-Camera TRISTAR
TRISTAR is a highly developed 3-chip video camera for endoscopic applications. Superior image qualtity and outstanding color reproduction comes up to professional requirements. The high-sensitive microlens CCD and a highspeed-shutter (1/2.000.000 sec.) allow optimal image display under extreme illumination situations. Three 1/3" high resolution CCD-sensors, one for each basic color, and a fast acting control electronic ensure best image quality, high clarity, sharp detailed reproduction and nearly twice the resolution of a conventional video camera.
Camera Head
The camera head of the TRIstar II is designed extremely compact and lightweight. All lenses and couplers with C-Mount-Thread can be connected. A 3 m long camera cable allows sufficient room to move
White Balance
White Balance is done automatically via pushbutton. The current settings are stored in memory, when the unit is turned off.
Window Feature
The Window Feature is used to improve the image illumination under difficult conditions. Only a central area of adjustable size is used to evaluate image brightness, outer margins are disregarded. Window size and setting (ON/OFF) are easily changed via pushbutton, size is displayed on the monitor.
OnScreen Menu
Camera settings, such as colour, brightness and window settings (size, ON/OFF), can be easily changed via OnScreen-Display. All settings are stored in memory.
Sterilization
Camera Head, cable and plug (using attached water-resistant cap)
can be immersed in a disinfectant solution. The housing of the TRIstar
- CCU may be wiped with disinfectant alcohol.
